· An OHIP Card is required to use the online booking system
· Please call reception at 613-722-400 (ext 0) if you need assistance or do not have an OHIP card
· Please note that an assessment and scheduling for any subsequent IN PERSON appointment will take place the VIRTUAL INTAKE appointment.
