Income Tax Clinic

FINANCIAL OFFERING (MARCH-APRIL)
Free tax preparation clinic in partnership with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Volunteers complete tax returns for eligible individuals with a modest income and simple tax situation who live in the Carlington catchment area. Seasonal program from February to April.

Yoga for All

SKILL BUILDING
Partnering with the Community Development Framework, we are offering a yoga sessions from September 12th-December 19th 2025 to improve your strength, balance and flexibility to clear your mind. All are welcomed to join, and mats will be provided.

FINANCIAL OFFERING
Ongoing bi-weekly in-person or virtual free confidential financial education workshops that provides budget coaching, budget management, income taxes, and to help you fill out government applications like LEAP, OESP, CCB, ODSP, etc.

Art Exploration

SKILL BUILDING
Partnering with the Ottawa School of Art, we are offering free Art workshops with Susan. All are welcomed to join, no experience needed, and supplies will be provided.

Van Lang Community Kitchen and Meal

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Community members come together regularly in Van Lang to cook together, enjoy a nutritious meal, and connect with their neighbors. All are welcome! Every second Monday, at 29 Van Lang Pvt., alternating lunch and dinner.

At Carlington Community Health Centre (CCHC), we are dedicated to  our senior neighbours. Our holistic approach to wellness ensures that you have access to a wide range of programs designed to support your independence, physical health, and social connections.
