Tax Clinic Appointment

Carlington Community Health Centre is offering a free tax clinic to assist community members with their tax returns. Our trained volunteers can help you navigate the filing process and ensure you receive all the benefits and credits you’re entitled to.

Registration is required. Space is limited, so please sign up in advance to secure your spot.

Don’t forget to bring the following documents:

• Social Insurance Number *
• Personal identification with photo *
• 2023 Notice of assessment for income tax
• T4, T4A, T4A(OAS), T4E, T4A(P), T5, T5007
• Rental receipts
• Donation receipts
• Property tax receipts
• Tuition receipts(T2202A)
• Medical expenses receipts
• Dependents’ SIN and birthdate
• RRSP receipts
