Carlington Community Health Centre is a community-based and community-governed non-profit organization.
Membership is a great way to show your support for the Community Health Centre model of care. Members elect our Board of Directors and vote on important matters at our annual general meeting. Membership is FREE and there are no commitments.
Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or over who live in the City of Ottawa and support our mission and values.
