At Carlington Community Health Centre (CCHC), we are dedicated to support our senior neighbours aged 55 and older through our holistic approach to wellness that ensures access to a wide range of programs designed to support their independence, physical health, and social connections. Through our innovative Whether you are looking to improve your balance and strength in our Senior Chair Exercises (offered in partnership with Family Physio), stay mentally sharp and socialise at Brain Bingo, or celebrate the joy of music during our Seniors Sing-Along, there is a welcoming space for you here. Beyond our social and fitness activities, we offer comprehensive primary health care, specialized foot care, and practical community supports such as income tax clinics, technology literacy at the Millennium Learning Centre, and nutritious meals through the Van Lang Community Kitchen. We invite you to explore our programs, meet new friends, and take charge of your health in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Seniors Exercises

Adventures in Aging

Adventures in Aging is an inspiring program designed to help older adults embrace life with curiosity, courage, and enthusiasm. The program encourages seniors to step outside their comfort zones and explore activities that spark excitement and personal growth — from outdoor excursions and creative arts to learning new skills and cultural experiences.  Registration required.
