Individual Counselling

Looks at the effect of abuse on you and your children, explore ways to heal and empower yourself, set healthy boundaries, support, advocacy in trauma informed and strength base perspective while maintaining a nonjudgmental approach.

Transitional Support

Assists women in transition to a life free from violence by connecting them with necessary community services, such as housing, parenting support, educational and employment needs, legal matters and accompaniments, health and wellness services to ensure client’s transition needs are met.

VAW Phase 1 Group

Open to all women who have experienced abused by a partner, whether you are in a relationship or not. Explores such topics as: the dynamics of abuse, the impacts of abuse, emotions, safety, building self-esteem, assertiveness skills, support networks and self-care.
